Upon completion of the information requested and payment of services, you will receive your digital documents within 7 business days via the email address on your account. No hard copies will be provided—your documents will be delivered electronically only.
Simple Will will not keep any data, information or copies of your documents.
Please note: Our products are only for Texas residents due to state-specific regulations.
REFUND POLICY

As our products are digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. Please ensure that you review all product details before completing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before making a purchase.
We offer Services as a one-time purchase. We do not offer subscriptions at this time.
You authorize Simple Will (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services, including Simple Will’s fees, government fees, taxes and other third-party fees.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Services at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.
There are no refunds for any unused Services unless required by law.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE AND/OR RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE AT ANY TIME UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.
